Welcome!

As a dancer and personal trainer, I am no stranger to the gifts that lie in showing up consistently and committing to yourself and your goals. I will lead you through a safe, inspiring, effective, experience that will leave you inspired and empowered with knowledge of exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing. I emphasize finding a balance that works for you and am a firm believer that consistency is key. When I'm not teaching I can be found dancing and traveling.

I nearly became a physical therapist. I did all the pre-med prerequisites to enter a DPT program, interned at NYU medical in the cardiopulmonary rehab department at RUSK, as well as worked as a PT tech at the largest outpatient orthopedic clinic in NYC for three summers while studying and working as a personal trainer. I ultimately stayed in fitness because of my love for it and the truth is that the best thing to prevent chronic pain and illness is go back in time 40 years and exercise consistently.
